Come watch fast-paced and exciting amateur bike racing on the streets of Everett!
The Everett Performance Omnium is an annual bike race where racers of all ages and abilities will test themselves against the competition in exciting criterium-style races. Criteriums are races on a relatively short loop, so the racers come by quite frequently, making it much more fun for spectating than that other race happening in France, where they might come by once and never again!
For the Saturday race we're partnering with a local non-profit Cocoon House who advocates and supports unhoused young people to break the cycle of homelessness. Visit their table on race day to find out more.
We also have a Kiddo Skuut Race brought to you by Sharing Wheels where little ones can get in on the action with a one block race for glory. Anything with wheels but without a motor is eligible, so scooters, coaster bikes, a skateboard they lay one, whatever! And no registration is required. Just show up by 4:00 or so to get the details. It's the cutest thing on two wheels!
The Sunday stage is in the Riverside neighborhood just a few minutes east and with 8 corners of action it promises to be an exciting conclusion to the overall competition.
