Join Marissa and Dawnalyn for a deeply restorative 90-minute journey combining gentle yoga and immersive sound healing.

This heart-centered experience begins with mindful movement and breathwork to ground the body, calm the mind, and open energetic pathways.

As you settle into stillness, you’ll be guided into a meditative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments designed to soothe the nervous system and support emotional release.

This experience is open to all levels—no yoga or sound healing experience necessary.
