Vancouver Island's Make a Difference Week 2025

Join the Society for Ecological Restoration (SER)'s UVic Student Association, and restoration enthusiasts from around the world in the annual "Make a Difference Week" global initiative.

Make a Difference Week occurs from May 31 - June 8, 2025. There will be a bevy of restoration events across Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands, with many opportunities to participate in activities such as invasive species removal, native plantings, and beach cleanups.Events are completely free to attend, and a positive, inclusive attitude are all that you need to volunteer.
