Together in sacred circle, we’ll explore:
• The history and principles of Usui Reiki
• How energy flows through the body + auric field
• Foundational techniques for channeling Reiki
• Grounding, centering, and protection practices
• Hands-on practice for self-healing and healing others
• Attunement ceremony to activate Reiki energy
You’ll receive:
• A printed Reiki I manual
• Your Reiki I attunement + certificate
• Time to integrate, ask questions, and reflect
• Gentle guidance on how to weave Reiki into everyday life
