The Shift Project - Practising Personal Growth

Come along and enjoy a variety of meditations, confidence boosting crafts and practices, tree basking and sound bathing, manifesting and vision boarding, and soulful evolution.

These practise groups are also specifically designed for you to learn how to let go of old emotional and physical pain, past unhelpful patterns and beliefs and for you to witness possibilities and calm.

These closed groups, are running all over the North East, and in combination with our nature immersions and walks, one to one sessions and social events.
