Join us at Hempshire for a soul-nourishing day of honoring the turning of the seasons — a celebration of light, land, and community.
The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year — a powerful point in the cycle of life when the sun reaches its highest peak. It’s a time of illumination, abundance, and inner radiance. A time to gather, give thanks, and align with the natural rhythm of expansion and light.
As we welcome the peak of the sun, we also root ourselves into the wisdom of the earth. This day invites you to return to the land, tend to what is growing — both within and around you — and gather in community to witness the fullness of the season.
Our day begins with grounding workshops led by Miranda, who will guide us through the foundations of permaculture, gardening, and food forest practices — honoring the relationship between humans and earth. A second facilitator (TBA) will bring their own lens of expertise and connection to the solstice.
As the sun begins to set, we’ll gather for an intimate evening of live music and gentle celebration. Expect two musical performances, including one heart-opening set to carry us into the golden light of the evening.
A food truck will be on site all day and night with nourishing offerings.
*Let this be a day of remembering what connects us — to the land, the light, and each other.
