Stretch and Stroll with Highland Cows (September 22)

What to expect:🐮🐮 Meet & greet the highland cows and their owners 🍎🌿 Learn how to safely pet and feed them (treats included!) 🙆🏼‍♀️🙆🏼‍♂️ Flow through a gentle, Highland-inspired stretch session in the pasture

📍 Held at a private residence — carpooling is encouraged due to limited parking. Bring a mat and water bottle (a few mats available to borrow). 📝 Fill out the liability waiver
