Many of us carry a quiet ache—the fear of being seen, of speaking up, of standing in our power.This is the Witch Wound, and it lives in our bodies, our lineages, and our everyday lives.

R.I.S.E. is a gentle, welcoming peer circle for anyone who recognises the Witch Wound in their story and is ready to explore healing in community.

Each month, we gather in a safe, sacred space to:

• 🌱 Share obstacles and insights from our journeys
• 🌀 Explore how the Witch Wound shows up in daily life
• 🔥 Participate in grounding rituals and embodiment practices (like gentle movement, journaling, fire ceremonies)
• 💬 Be heard, witnessed, and supported—without pressure to perform or fix

You don’t need to identify as a witch to join—just a sense that this wound speaks to you, and a desire to heal in a space where all parts of you are welcome.

• When: 6.50 pm to 9 pm, monthly
• Where: EcoTherapy Farm CIC, The Loke, Costessey, NR5 0TD
• What to bring: Journal, water, blanket or anything to keep you comfy
• Energy exchange: £12 (please contact me if this is out of your budget and we can discuss.)

This circle is open to all identities and expressions.It’s trauma-informed, peer-held, and rooted in mutual respect, care, and sovereignty.

You don’t have to come every time. You don’t have to be “healed.”Just come as you are. Let’s rise together.
