Since 1999, Miami Fellows has been the launchpad for the region’s most dynamic changemakers — leaders who are brave, collaborative, and equity-driven. This 15-month experience strengthens local leaders by offering immersive leadership development, powerful networks, and experiential learning grounded in the realities of Miami-Dade County.
