Lanhydrock Kickstart Fitness Retreat

Our Lanhydrock Kickstart Fitness Day Retreat is an all-inclusive fitness day including breakfast, lunch and dinner, 5 different exercise classes, unlimited water, water bottle and towel gift set, plus 1 month’s gym membership for the month of June 2025 in our fitness suite.
£125 per person – suitable for all abilities.

Itinerary

From 7:30am – Breakfast
9:00am – Boxercise
10:30am – Circuits
12:00pm – Healthy Lunch
1:30pm – Kettlebells
3:00pm – Resistance Bands
4:30pm – Stretch & Pilates
7:00pm – Evening meal

Full payment will be required upon booking. Other T’s and C’s will apply. 30-day cancellation policy. We will be sending out a health questionnaire to all attendees during May so that Tracie can factor in any adjustments needed.
