Join us for this self guided preparation track and in-person event where you'll have the opportunity to enhance your knowledge, network with industry professionals, and earn your ISC2 CC certification. ISC2 Seattle, and ISSA invite you to participate in becoming part of the One Million Certified in Cybersecurity.

This program is designed for individuals who are committed to studying diligently and obtaining certification swiftly. It will introduce you to essential cybersecurity concepts and serve as the first step toward building a solid foundation of knowledge in the field.

Normally, the ISC2 Online Bootcamp + Test costs $605.00. ISC2 Seattle and ISSA run this custom version for $40 for ISC2, and ISSA attendees.

Session training is self-paced, with a 1-day in-person workshop on June 21st. Testing provided can be started anytime by attendees up to 180 days after starting the CC training.

Participating in this program introduces you to essential concepts of cybersecurity while engaging in a community of supportive professionals. It’s a first step toward building a foundation of knowledge on your path to a rewarding career in cybersecurity. While you’re preparing to take the Certified in Cybersecurity exam, it will be important to continue your learning momentum by building on your efforts with the official (ISC)2 learning materials.

The self-paced learning experience provides you with pre- and post-assessments to measure your progress; knowledge checks, end-of-chapter study sheets, and quizzes to practice the concepts and receive timely feedback; interactive content with applied scenarios and podcasts to help you relate to course content; and online interactive flashcards to strengthen your ability to recall your learning.

This program will also hold a 1-day in-person workshop on June 21st

After you complete this learning experience, you will receive a course completion certificate and badges, which build your confidence to appear for the CC certification exam.

Note: If you have already started the program independently or sign up directly (as this is a free to join program), you will not be given a new student token for the training or the test.

Sign up by May 1st.

May 2nd (or sooner) you'll receive a training certificate, and a Discord channel to connect with the rest of the students of the program.

Once you join the Discord channel, you can ask questions, and update folks on your progress. Program students can ask the ISSA, and ISC2 leaders to address any questions about the program or test.

The following schedule is not required to be followed; it is provided as a means to track your progress, and prepare for the workshop. Domains have been reordered based on priority.

You will also recieve instructions for an in-person workshop:

• June 21st 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Take your Exam: You must take your certification test 180 days from your start date, for instance if you started on May 1st, as recommended, you will need to complete your exam on or before Oct 28th.

Workshop schedule on June 21st will be held in Seattle, address will be provided for participants, starting at 9 AM running till 3:30 PM. This time will be spent with a high level recap of all 5 Domains, and time to review sample questions. Come ready, and we will have food to keep you fueled.
