Gather & Grind: Herbal Workshop

Join us at Woodstock Lavender Co. for Gather & Grind, an immersive herb experience where nature, tradition, and flavor come together.

Led by our knowledgeable team, this hands-on class begins with a guided herb walk through the farm, where you’ll discover the beauty and benefits of fresh herbs, including our signature lavender. As you gather hand-picked herbs, you'll learn about their culinary, medicinal, and aromatic uses.

Then, we’ll head to the grind station, where you’ll blend your own Herbs de Provence mix, featuring farm-grown dried lavender, to take home and elevate your cooking.

NOTE: This class is held on Saturday, June 7, when the farm is open to the public. Your class ticket includes admission to the farm. Come anytime between 10 a.m. and class time to enjoy all the farm has to offer, including the butterfly house, farm store, food truck, and more.
