Floating Lotus Overnight: Paddleboard Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath Experience

Join us for a very special Floating Lotus event with Lisa Meranti of OneTreeLove, Kristie Comsia of DownDogma and Julie Norman of Body Karma Healing. This experience includes an overnight at Julie’s Lake House in Clinton, OH (address given upon registration).

Arrive Saturday by 4pm to settle in and set up your sleepover spot. Next we’ll enjoy a welcome dinner before heading down to the water for our enchanted sunset Floating Lotus yoga nidra and sound bath on the water. We’ll close the evening with a fire circle time and hot tub options. Sunday opens with an all-levels yoga session on land, time on (or in) the lake, and a community breakfast and closing circle. Departure is 10:30am Sunday.

Modifications will be made to transition offerings indoors if weather or water conditions make it necessary. This is a beautiful chance to practice our yoga off the mat/board.

Provided:

Two meals (Satruday dinner and Sunday breakfast)

Tent upon request

Must be able to swim and get on/off the board unassisted. Life jackets required on the board and provided if a board is rented.

Sleeping options include indoor, carpeted floor space in the yoga studio (several spots available), tent camping on the dock (two spots), 2 private single bedrooms upstairs and a queen bed and single in the shared basement bedroom. BYO sleep gear, claim a bed or request a tent spot (tent also available to borrow if needed).

Cancellations/Refunds: If you cancel 10 days prior, you will get full refund (minus EventBrite fees); within 10 days, no refund is available.
