Fellowship Square Historic Mesa Hosts Free Educational Seminar Focused on Identity Theft AUG. 19

On Tuesday Aug. 19 at 1 p.m. Fellowship Square Historic Mesa (FSHM) hosts a free educational event on the topic of preventing identity theft and other financial scams that target senior citizens. This program is presented by Sergeant Robert Sheehan with the Financial Crimes Division of the Mesa Police Department.
 
Unfortunately identity theft and other scams often target seniors. One in 10 seniors falls victim to some form of identity theft each year. This seminar is presented to help seniors and the community understand the scams that are circulating and learn how to avoid them.
 
This program will be held in the Center Community Room at Fellowship Square Historic Mesa for residents and members of the community. Refreshments will be provided; FSHM community information and tours are available.
