「北加福智領航計畫」是一個為期八個月的 mentorship 計畫，透過職涯經驗分享、生命故事交流與深度對話，陪伴年輕學員（mentee）探索未來、走穩腳步、建立有力量的支持網絡。

📍 招募對象：願意成長、對人生命題感興趣的北加年輕人

📍 活動期間：2025 年 8 月開跑，歷時 8 個月

📍 活動內容：專題講座、小組討論、主題共修、戶外交流活動等

📍 參加費用：$100 保證金，參加活動十次以上退還

這不只是「一對一的指引」——

而是一段旅程，一群人一起走過的風景。

The BWNC Mentorship Program is an eight-month journey designed to support young professionals as they navigate their futures. Through career experience sharing, life story exchanges, and in-depth dialogues, we accompany our mentees to explore their paths, build a steady foundation, and establish a powerful support network.

This is more than just one-on-one guidance—it's a shared journey, a landscape explored together.

Who We're Looking For: Young professionals in Northern California who are eager to grow and are curious about life's big questions.

Program Duration: An 8-month program, launching in August 2025.

What to Expect:

• Special topic lectures
• Small group discussions
• Themed workshops
• Outdoor networking events, and more!

Program Fee: A refundable $100 deposit is required. The deposit will be returned upon attending 10 or more BWNC-hosted events during the program.
