Prenatal Yoga

This weekly offering of prenatal yoga class for those carrying or expecting a new baby.
Come learn about the prenatal process, your body, explore coping techniques for labor & delivery (as a birthing body or support person), build strength and connectedness in your mind & body, create bonds with other expectant parents and feel empowered.
Bring water, a yoga mat if you have one (rent for $2) and wear comfortable clothing.
Class is $19 for drop in or reduced pricing based on studio passes or Class pass.
Please note: Some people attending class are surrogates, family support, intended parents or may not identify as female. This class is for all people, with differing abilities, body shapes & sizes, as well as gender identities. Come as you are.
