The HCSW Development Programme is desinged for new and existing HCSW to build/refresh your skills and knowledge. Specialist teams/staff from around the Trust have been invited to present and run interactive sessions. The programme has been alligned with the Health Education England HCSW Learning and Development Roadmap, which has five categories - Skills for Life, Wellbeing and Resilliance, Technical Skills, Personal Skills and Career Progression. A certificate will be awarded at the end of the programme which will count towards your continuous personal development. The dates are: 20 September 2024, 2 December 2024, 12 March 2025 and 11 June 2025 at the Lecture Hall, Redwood Education Centre. Kindly gain release prior to booking a place from your manager.
