Join us for an enchanting evening celebrating the essence of Scottish culture, returning on the 2nd of July 2025 and every Wednesday thereafter till 27 August 2025.
Event Highlights:
Settle into the evening with Whisky Tastings led by the esteemed Master of Whiskies, Tony Hercus with three Whiskys which will change weekly.
They will be paired with a number of traditional Scottish dishes that will make your tastebuds sing!
Haggis Bon Bons: A Scottish Delight – Crispy golden bites of haggis, served with a smooth whisky-infused mustard dip.
Highland Canapé: Tattie Scone, Crowdie & Smoked Salmon – A delicate bite of traditional potato scone topped with creamy crowdie cheese and rich smoked Scottish salmon.
Black Pudding, Scallops & Bacon: A Perfect Trio – Seared scallops paired with crisp black pudding and smoky bacon, finished with a rich butter sauce.
Chicken Balmoral:A Highland Favourite – Succulent chicken breast stuffed with haggis, wrapped in crispy bacon, and served with a smooth whisky cream sauce.
Cranachan: A Sweet Scottish Classic – Layers of whipped cream, toasted oats, honey, and fresh raspberries, infused with a hint of whisky.
