Mairearad Green and Mike Vass

Esteemed multi-instrumentalist and visual artist Mairearad Green and award-winning musician, composer and producer Mike Vass have been writing music together under the moniker A.D.A.M (a day a month) for over a decade.

Both hail from the Highlands: Mairearad grew up in the West Coast Coigach peninsula – an area steeped in culture and local traditions. She now lives and works in Ullapool, drawing inspiration from a deep-rooted sense of place. Mike is originally from the ancient fishing port of Nairn on the Moray Coast and is Director of the National Centre of Excellence in Traditional Music based in Plockton.

This special one-off concert will take the form of a beautiful acoustic blend of their highly regarded collaborative work.
