Thanks to funding from HOPE Invergordon, we are offering a free introductory mindfulness course with Diana Woodman, one of the trained mindfulness facilitators from our charity.
This is a short introductory course in mindfulness, run over 4 weeks of 1.5 hour sessions. It covers the preliminary aspects of mindfulness, including what mindfulness means, how to meditate, getting in touch with our senses, mindfulness in daily life, body awareness, accessing our emotions, using our breath to stabilise ourself, appreciation and gratitude, and kindness to self and others.
