Slow Down Saturday in Golspie

SLOW DOWN SATURDAY IN GOLSPIE
28th February 2026 (10.30am - 12.30pm)

Join trained mindfulness facilitator Val Gale at the YMCA building in Golspie for this free session (theme to be confirmed).

Beginners welcome. There will be a variety of guided meditation practices and time for discussion.
Donations welcome to cover venue hire costs (suggested £5).
Feel free to bring along anything you need to be comfortable (blanket, cushion, something to drink).
