This fall, you have a chance to immerse yourself in a 3-week in-person yoga journey that highlights breath, mindful movement, and fundamental postures. Whether you’re a newcomer or returning to yoga, this series offers a welcoming space to experience the essence of yoga in real time, with the support and shared energy of community practice.
Millions discovered yoga online, but many hit the same wall: without a teacher there for guidance, it's hard to know if you're actually getting the benefits yoga promises.
Over 3 weeks you’ll experience:
Instruction focused on well-aligned postures—so each pose feels supportive, safe and beneficial to your body.
Mindful movement that develops strength, flexibility, and ease while emphasizing what is right for you
Essential breathing techniques for focus, energy, and a sense of calm.
Gentle meditations and relaxation to foster presence and self-trust.
Foundational yoga philosophy—ideas that can enhance your practice and everyday life.
No previous in-person experience required—just curiosity and readiness to discover what you've been missing.
Particularly valuable for anyone managing physical changes, past injuries, or wanting to practice more mindfully as their bodies change.
Cost:
$75, scholarships available.
Bring a friend and save $15 each (two spots for $120)
