The Wines of the Pacific Northwest

Join us as we taste our way through two of America's finest grape-growing regions: Oregon--often referred to as America's Burgundy--and Washington--the variable climate that can grow almost any wine grape on the planet. We'll talk about the history, terroir, appellations, and grapes that make these two states serious players not only domestically, but internationally. We'll also talk about the differences in climate between Washington and Oregon, and the very unique wines that come from each.

• One week cancellation policy

• We’re within two blocks of both the Main Street Metra and Main Street “L”

• Please eat prior—we’ll taste through 6-7 wines in the class
