The Wines of Provence and the Southern Rhone Valley

With Meg and Diana fresh off a trip to France, this class explores several famous appellations in Provence such as Aix-en-Provence and Bandol, plus appellations in the southern Rhône Valley such as Gigondas, Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Costières de Nimes. From crisp white wines to meaty reds, and lots of rosé, of course!, you’ll learn all about why the wines of Provence and Southern France are perfect for anytime-of-the-year sipping.

Things to note:

· One week cancellation policy

· We’re within two blocks of both the Main Street Metra and Main Street “L”

· Please eat prior—we’ll taste through 6-7 wines in the class
