We all have a story within us.
In this welcoming, interactive workshop we’ll explore personal narratives and how we can start documenting and narrating our own.
Bring a photograph or favorite keepsake, as well as your laptop and/or a notebook, and we’ll help you put one of your personal stories into words to share with someone you love.
Ages 18+, all skill and experience levels welcome

Lisa Baron is a writer, creative writing teacher, experienced psychotherapist, workshop facilitator, and past academic. She believes there is a strong connection between introspection and creativity.
The author of twenty publications (essays and poems), and the co-author of two books (Living Art: Exercises for Igniting Creativity, and Conversations With My Younger Self), Lisa has been teaching creative writing through Story Circle Network for the past three years. She has recently relocated to Evanston after twelve years in Chapel Hill, NC.
