Receive the powerful healing energy of Reiki while you relax deeply into restorative yoga poses.

Reiki will be administered through light touch or hovering while you are guided into fully supported restorative poses so you can fully release and let go. Studies have shown that Reiki eases depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, stress levels, and reduces pain in both chronic and acute conditions. When one receives Reiki their brain moves into an alpha state causing a deep relaxation, a state that is often hard to find in our busy Western world. Reiki has also been credited with powerful emotional and spiritual transformations. Restorative Yoga has been shown to regulate the nervous system, improve sleep, and reduce anxiety.
