Object Lessons: A Tim Lowly Curatorial Project

T. Mari Gallery is honored to welcome artist and curator Tim Lowly, who has assembled a bold and thought-provoking exhibition featuring seventeen artists, each represented by a single work.
As Lowly shares, “Curating here is intended as an advocacy for art as a meaning-making (even if sometimes perplexing) endeavor.” This show is one of his wider ventures, weaving together individual artworks with structural elements that invite viewers into deeper dialogue.

Each piece is conceptually and meaningfully charged, becoming more complex and intriguing in conversation with the others. The result is an exhibition that not only showcases diverse artistic voices but also creates a space for visitors to enter into their own creatively thoughtful engagement.
