Free Community Yoga Class

Join us for a free community yoga class this Sunday from 1-2 PM at Gym 1801 in Evanston! This all-levels class is the perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, and connect with your community.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, you'll find a welcoming and inclusive space to move at your own pace. We'll flow through a series of poses designed to increase flexibility, build strength, and calm the mind.
