🌿 Join Us for a Free Guided Meditation at Our Evanston Wellness Center! 🌿

We invite you to experience peace, mindfulness, and relaxation at our free community meditation on the first Friday of every month. For over 28 years, we've been offering this sanctuary of calm to the Chicago area.

Our session begins with gentle breathing techniques, followed by the soothing rhythms of Native American drumming, and flows into a calming guided meditation to center your mind and spirit.
