We are excited to collaborate with Miesje and her amazing talent to bring you sound therapy and halotherapy for a truly enchanting experience! Classes are just $35 per person! Miesje uses crystal singing bowls and other instruments that have been scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety, stimulates the immune system, assists in lowering blood pressure and anger, deep relaxation and pain relief, cleanse and balance the chakra, calm over active adrenals, increases mental and emotional clarity and the list goes on!
