SUP Flow Yoga

This class was originally scheduled for July 26, but had to be rescheduled.

This class will assume you are already comfortable navigating a paddle board. If you aren’t yet comfortable, but want to try this class, be sure and sign up for one of our many SUP Learn to Paddle Classes. The sky is the ceiling and there are no walls to close you in. Resident herons and kingfishers provide the soundtrack that you won’t find on Spotify. The word vinyasas in Sanskrit means “to place in a special way”. Practicing yoga on a paddleboard is the ultimate opportunity to thoughtfully move from one yoga shape (asana) to another. Modifications are available for standing poses. All classes end with a long Savasana on the water.

For ages 15 yrs. and up
$20 per person in-city, $25 per person non-city
