Have you lost someone suddenly—through suicide, overdose, accident, illness, or another unexpected cause? Sudden loss can bring intense, complicated grief that’s hard to carry alone.
Hospice of Humboldt is offering a 12-week support group for adults navigating this unique type of grief. In a safe, supportive, and confidential setting, you’ll have the opportunity to share, reflect, and connect with others who understand.

📚 Includes weekly reading & journaling (45–90 minutes)

This is a closed group, meaning participants commit to all 12 sessions to build trust and consistency.
