Somatic Pilates: Soulful Strength w/Maria

Where STRENGTH meets SOUL: In this unique fusion of classical Pilates and somatic awareness, Maria guides you to move with intention, precision, and deep connection to your body’s wisdom. Each session is designed to:
✔️ Strengthen your core and stabilize joints while honoring your body’s thresholds.
✔️ Synchronize breath and movement to cultivate fluidity (not just flexibility).
✔️ Integrate subtle energy work—using Pilates as a gateway to release stored tension and restore vitality.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll leave feeling aligned, empowered, and deeply at home in your body.
