ECONidra with Shiloh—2nd Monday

REST AS RADICAL RECONNECTION
Forget everything you think you know about yoga. This is conscious rest that delivers the equivalent of 4 hours of sleep in 60 minutes—while rewiring your sense of belonging to the living Earth.

YOGA NIDRA TO RELAX INTO THE WEB OF LIFE.
Through guided sensory awareness of kinship with nature, we release muscular, mental, and emotional tension—so you can respond and adapt to this season of life (personal and planetary) from rootedness, not exhaustion.

🕢 Doors open at 7:15pm. Guided practice starts at 7:30pm.

_What to bring: A soft mat, pillow, blankie (anything that would be comfortable for you while laying down)
_Accessibility: Open to all bodies and fitness levels.
