Wheelchair Flair Workshop
Give your chair some flair at Shift Community Cycles in preparation for the 2025 EUGENE BRiGHT Parade on July 15th 2025 from 6pm to 8pm! 🧑‍🦽🤩✨ Participants are welcome to bring their own decorations, but we will have craft supplies available.
