A mind-bending journey of experimentation, laughter, and healing. Set in a vibrant and surreal venue, THE DOSE is a fully immersive psychedelic experience featuring a carefully curated line-up of some of the best comedians in the country (seen on HBO, Comedy Central, Late Night, Netflix, Don’t Tell, and more!).
At THE DOSE we facilitate the perfect set and setting for both the comedians and the audience to find the funny within their expanding minds.
Our Master of Ceremonies and creator of THE DOSE is Steven Gillespie (CONAN, AMAZON PRIME), a nationally touring stand-up comedian and a psychedelic connoisseur.
Come take a trip with us as we transcend the ordinary, dance on the edges of perception, and explore the healing properties of our boundless imaginations. And also to just laugh and be silly 🙂
The show also features our very own DJ and she will play before, during, and sometimes even after the show! Don't miss the pre-show DJ set (starts at 7pm doors), its becoming more and more popular.

General Admission - $22 Online | $25 At The Door
The General Admission ticket gives you guaranteed admission to the show, with seat selection on a first served basis the night of the show upon arrival.
VIP SEATING - $32 ONLINE ONLY
The VIP Seating ticket gives you a guaranteed seat at the event in the first few rows of the venue . Your seat will be reserved until 15 minutes after the show starts. If you want to sit with a group, make sure you buy all of the tickets in one order to guarantee that.

Built in 1925, the historic Wilcox Building’s interior has been recently restored, highlighting its beautiful Spanish Mission-style architectural flourishes and original hand-stenciled woodwork. Originally known as Bijou Art Cinemas, the theater was founded in 1980 by Michael Lamont, and is currently operated by former employees who assumed management of the theater after his passing in 2007. Our programming continues to evolve with an ever-changing cinema industry, but at its core stays true to its roots as an Art House. Alongside current foreign and indie releases, you’ll find a variety of event screenings, cult and classic film series, and showcases of local and touring musical talent.
