Outdoor Summer Series - Cardio Funk

3rd Annual Outdoor Summer Series at Oakmont Park

Soak up the sun and move with us two Sundays a month from 10am -11am at Oakmont Park (2295 Oakmont Way, Eugene, OR 97401). Our Outdoor Summer Series is back for its third year, featuring free classes like yoga, dance, and Pilates on the grassy lawn. Come enjoy the fresh air, community vibes, and energizing workouts all summer long.

Nate teaches a full body dance experience with Cardio Funk. This fitness-based dance class is for everybody who wants to learn choreography while expressing themselves through his hit playlists and positive energy!

Please bring a yoga mat or towel, water, sunscreen, and a friend!
