Asics Metaspeed Tokyo Demo & Community Run/Walk

Run faster by conserving energy with the new ASICS Metaspeed Tokyo series! You’ll have the chance to demo the Metaspeed Sky or Edge at our community run/walk on Wed, Aug. 20 at 6pm.

Carbon plated shoes can be beneficial to anyone wanting a fast and responsive ride for race day and speed work. All paces are welcome. We will have 3- and 5-mile routes from the shop to Alton Baker Park and back on the river path. For this run, we’ll stay on the pavement to put the Metaspeeds to the test.

Every Wednesday we have free injury consults with a physical therapist from 5:30-6pm. Stop by the shop before the run to chat with a PT.
