The 2nd Annual Duck Derby!

The Eudora Parks and Recreation Foundation is proud to present the 2025 Great Duck Race in Eudora, KS. August 8th 2025, before the Dive In Movie.

Ducks adopted by the public will race around the Lazy River at the Eudora Parks and Recreation pool. Each adoption benefits the Kurt Von Achen Scholarship Fund providing the public access to Parks and Recreation programs and facilities for citizens who qualify.

Duck Adoption Details
A single duck (1 Duck) - $5
The Quack Pack (6 Ducks) - $25
Flock of Ducks (13 Ducks) - $50
A Derby of Ducks (27 Ducks) - $100

Prizes
1st Place $1000
2nd Place $250
3rd Place $100

The Lucky Duck (Last Place) - $200 credit at the Eudora Parks and Recreation Department

Adopt your duck before it is too late at the Parks and Recreation Center or before the event at the Pool on August 8th. from 3-6 PM.
