All-Level Friendly: Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced dancer or yogi, each pose is adapted to help you progress at your own pace.
Never danced or tried yoga before? No problem! Everyone is welcome!

Morgane is a Lindy Hop & Solo Jazz dancer from Brussels, teaching at Apollo Swing since 2018. As a Yoga Alliance-certified instructor (since 2021), she blends her love for dance and yoga to help swing dancers move better, feel better, and dance better! 🎶
