Being Peace Fundraiser

Donations for this session will be for the distribution of food parcels in Palestine.
During this session of “Being Peace”, we will explore the heart quality of Compassion. How do we relate to difficulty and pain? In the discomfort we might recoil, close down, go numb or act out. And we might also meet the discomfort with empathy, warmth and understanding.
