Reiki & Sounds on Sunday

Allow your beautiful soul to sink into this expansive energy and sound healing experience, lovingly guided by Kate.


You’ll be held in a nurturing space where Reiki, sound, and meditation come together to support deep rest, profound realisations and connection.

The session weaves together

✨ A guided Reiki meditation
🎶 An Inner Dance sound journey with music, live instruments and voice
🌿 Organic teas on arrival
🫖 Closing with optional sharing and light refreshments

Together, these elements support the reawakening of an intuitive and organic state of expanded consciousness — a gateway to deeper understanding of who and what we truly are.



You'll be held throughout in the loving, radiant and deeply therapeutic energy of Reiki — a safe, natural, and holistic form of healing that gently nourishes the body, mind and soul.
