Reignite Your Inner Spark Postpartum - A Transformative Workshop for New Mothers

This 90-minute workshop is a space to reconnect with your creative self in the tender season of early motherhood. Whether through music, movement, poetry, or any form of expression, you’ll be gently guided to share your unique light in a supportive, no-pressure environment.

- 10:00am Tuesday the 29th of July

Come as you are—babies under two are welcome. Let’s build a village where we support one another in reclaiming joy, confidence, and self-expression.
