Held on the second Friday of each month, Monthly Mellow offers a calming, heartful space to rest and recharge. Each month features a different facilitator guiding you through a unique blend of gentle embodiment, sensory stillness, and soulful connection—drawing on practices such as meditation, sound, movement, breath, ritual, and reflection.
This September, we welcome Kayla to guide a special Confidence & Chill session—combining neuroscience-backed techniques with soulful mindfulness to soothe your nervous system and uplift your inner confidence.
