Originally from Canada, Kayla is a certified meditation teacher and research scientist with a background in psychology and theatre. Her sessions weave together ancient mindfulness traditions with modern neuroscience in a way that feels deeply supportive, relatable, and refreshing.
Having explored meditation across Australia, Canada, and China, Kayla brings a down-to-earth presence with a gently humorous style. She believes that mindfulness should feel easeful, inclusive, and engaging—not something you “get right,” but something you feel into.
Kayla has a particular gift for guided meditations that incorporate music, visualisation, and uplifting affirmations to help rewire stress patterns and awaken a deep sense of inner peace. She creates a warm and welcoming space for anyone seeking more clarity, calm, and self-connection—whether you're brand new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice.
