Couples Postpartum Planning Workshop

We plan for our birth but what about our postpartum?
In this session I will support couples in creating a practical, nurturing and nourshing postpartum plan to ease the transition into parenthood.

Topics will include:
- Setting boundaries & visitors
- Role of the partner
- Sleep and deep rest and how to get it
- Postpartum food and snacks
- Postpartum hormones
- Self care for both mum and dad
- Matrescence

I will also answer any questions or address any worries around what our postaprtum. Having been a postpartum doula for 4 years and been through the fourth trimester three times myself I cannot wait to share my knowledge and experiences and offer practical support and advice on this very important topic!

The session will include a workbook, snacks and tea.
