Spring Chocolate & Wine Pairing

We are excited to welcome back Master Chocolatier Ann Czaja, DipWSET, to DuCard for a special Chocolate & Wine Pairing Program. We will meet in the pavilion, overlooking mountains and vines, and sample a flight of a premium line of chocolates. Each chocolate will be paired by Ann with a DuCard wine that best complements it.

While tasting and sipping, Ann will talk about the history of chocolate, her role at Lindt, and offer samples of the “building blocks” of chocolate for everyone to try. Scott will share the story of the vineyard and how wine is made.
