Sound Bath and Wellness Reflection

Invitation: Sound bath held Mondays 7pm through August 2025 at the new Yoga Deck at the YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park Center. $30. Pre-Registration required - message me. Bring pillow and blanket. Listen and experience the harmonious interplay of sacred instruments, nearby river, birds, and tall trees surrounding us.
