Powerful Tools for Caregivers: Fridays, 8/22 - 9/26

Family caregivers will learn 35 tools to: avoid burnout, lessen stress, stop negative self-talk, strengthen communication, convey needs, and deal with difficult emotions.

The class will take place every Friday starting August 22 through September 26. Attendance to all 6 consecutive classes is requested, this is not a drop-in style class.
