About the event

Movement & Meditation

We are so excited to be offering a donation based class to help reset & rejuvenate your body, mind & spirit. Combination of gentle movement, breathwork, healing sound and guided meditation. You do not need to know how to meditate, everyone is welcome. We have a few spots available for Thursday August 7th @ 11:00 am - $20 or food items for Crossroads Food Bank. This class will repeat weekly for the next few months.
